pleasent two hour ride round the lickey hills, very muddy in places, but found some nice trails with steep descents and drop offs, there was a 100m stepped section, which rattled the old fillings a bit.

very icy in places but good fun, was only taking it easy as i have still got a broken thumb, can't wait to get the strapping off to hit these trails at full tilt.

Nice ride out
